This gentleman took such good care of me. I’m 64 years old and he made sure I got in the truck. He turned the air up high. It was a very hot day yesterday and I’ve been out in the sun for like an hour before we got a hold of you and got him there and he was very respectable very kind. I totally recommend this person for any of my future toes.

I love jims big tow! I think my tow guy last night was named will! Dont quote me on that one! The friendliest bearded guy i ever met! Not only did he check on me while i was stranded but stayed with me until i was able to come up with my other half for tow (not long! )and got me home safelty from a bad area at 11pm at night! Jims tow will always be the #1 company i dial first when i need help with my old beater ! Thanks for your amazing service and your amazing staff everytime! They truly do have some genuine guys on thier team! Prices are very affordable also . Nothing to out of the pocket for a simple tow down the street!

My car started acting up on the way to work. Jim Tow was one of the recommend company's by my car insurance and im glad they did I had a great experience from the receptionist on the phone to the tow truck driver himself. The receptionist was very nice and professional. The driver Jim (not the owner) was very professional and nice. He answered all of my questions and explained his reasoning for doing things (which was all to ensure my cars safety). When we were driving to the mechanic he was a very nice driver. I felt safe and I felt like my car was safe. I would recommend Jims towing especially Jim (not the owner) anytime.

Mike, Taylor, and the entire team are on another level. This isn’t your average tow company—this is a family-run operation that sets the standard in Lee’s Summit. There’s truly nothing these guys can’t handle. I had a skid steer stuck nearly half a mile off the road with no real access, and they still found a way to get it done. As a business owner, I’ve worked with 20+ tow companies across Kansas City over the past 15 years—and none compare. I reached out to Mike about a job most companies wouldn’t even consider. He was booked solid but still made it happen by sending his crew. Within 20 minutes they were on-site, and an hour later the job was completely finished. The guys he sent out had that rare, old-school work ethic—no hesitation, just get it done. You don’t see that much anymore, and having two of those guys in one truck feels like a cheat code. If you want someone who’s real, shows up, and gets their hands dirty—Jim’s Tow is the one to call.

Absolutely amazing I’ve been using this company since 2018 and they treat me like family. Unfortunately I’ve had to use them well over a dozen times we own land and somehow another get into a pickle and these people are genuinely always in my corner with a bail me out.
